Georgetown TLM scheduled Friday evening at Copley Crypt Chapel

The Georgetown Traditional Latin Mass (Extraordinary Form) Community announces that a votive Missa Cantata will be offered at 6:00 pm on Friday evening, April 22, in Copley Crypt Chapel at Georgetown University. This Mass has been added to our seven-day schedule.

Copley Crypt Chapel is located at the rear of Copley Hall, immediately to the north of Healy Hall on the main campus of Georgetown University, 3700 O Street NW, Washington.

Missa Solemnis to be offered Thursday evening at Clifton St. Andrew’s

A Solemn High Mass in the Extraordinary Form will be offered at 7:00 pm on Thursday evening, April 21, at St. Andrew’s Church in Clifton, Virginia. Reverend Father Christopher Mould will be the celebrant of the Mass, which has been added to our seven-day schedule.

St. Andrew’s Church is located at 6720 Union Mill Road in Clifton, two and a half miles south of Lee Highway (U.S. Route 29). Ample free parking is available.

Fr. Czarnota to offer TLM Sunday at Silver Spring

A Low Mass will be offered Sunday morning, April 17, at the Traditional Latin Mass Congregation of Silver Spring, Maryland.  The celebrant of the Mass of the Second Sunday of Lent will be Reverend Father Paul Czarnota of the Archdiocese of Detroit.

Holy Mass will begin at 8:00 am.  Confessions will be heard from 7:30 to 7:55 am. All are invited to share coffee and doughnuts after Mass in the downstairs community room of the rectory.

Silver Spring TLM Congregation meets at the Historic Church of St. John the Evangelist, 9700 Rosensteel Avenue, Forest Glen.

Fr. Carr to offer TLM this Saturday morning

Low Mass in the Extraordinary Form will be offered at 7:00 am on Saturday morning, April 16, by Reverend Father Richard Carr at St. Michael Church, 7401 St. Michael’s Lane, Annandale.

Please note that this Mass is scheduled at the discretion of the celebrant, and is not part of the parish’s published Mass calendar. This Mass has been added to our seven-day schedule.

Fr. Markey to offer Sunday Missa Cantata at Silver Spring

A Missa Cantata with choir will be offered Sunday, April 10, at the Traditional Latin Mass Congregation of Silver Spring, Maryland. The celebrant of the Mass of the Second Sunday after Easter (Good Shepherd Sunday) will be Reverend Father Greg Markey of the Diocese of Bridgeport.

Holy Mass will begin at 8:00 am. Confessions will be heard from 7:30 to 7:55 am. All are invited to share coffee and doughnuts after Mass in the downstairs community room of the rectory.

Fr. Gee to offer Missa Cantata Saturday morning at Alexandria St. Rita

A Missa Cantata will be offered at 11:00 am this Saturday morning, April 9, at St. Rita of Cascia Church in Alexandria. St. Rita’s pastor, Reverend Father Daniel N. Gee, will be the celebrant of the Mass, which has been added to our seven-day schedule.

St. Rita of Cascia Church is located at 3815 Russell Road, at the north end of Alexandria’s Del Ray neighborhood, and offers ample free parking.

Fr. Carr to offer TLM this Thursday, Saturday

The Traditional Latin Mass (Extraordinary Form) will be offered at 7:00 am on Thursday and Saturday mornings of this week by Reverend Father Richard Carr at St. Michael Church, 7401 St. Michael’s Lane, Annandale.

On Thursday, April 7, a ferial Low Mass of Easter will be offered. Low Mass of Our Lady on Saturday will be offered on April 9.
